Muscle Gain

Whether you’re looking at slimming down for a special occasion, gaining muscle and building your arms up to stretch the sleeves, or simply wanting to see how much your body can change; everyone’s results will benefit from a structured training program and personalised approach to healthy eating.

Once we understand where you want to be and when you want to be there by, we work backwards to break it down to the daily and weekly habits you need to get there, and build your history of success that will drive you towards your long-term goal.

Strength Gain

I love being able to work with my clients on strength goals, because strength can mean many things to many people.

Doing your first chin-up?

Deadlifting 200kg?

Being able to sit down and stand up without back pain?

All great strength goals, based on the individual. Before rushing into the weight room and loading up the bar, we’ll figure out want motivates you to get stronger, structure our program around the key movements we need to get you there, then coach you through the technique required to safely perform the exercises effectively with minimal risk.

Safe, structured progressive overload is the name of the game.

Fitness Improvement

Like Strength, Fitness is a personal concept. For some, being fit means being able to walk around the block or keep up with their kids without getting puffed out. For others, it could be running 5km without stopping, or completing a 3-hour marathon.

Again, we look at a structured approach - many people have started a new fitness program and began pounding the pavement every week, only to be sidelined in a few short months with injuries, niggling joints, and assorted aches and pains.

Let’s find your tolerable base of training and gradually build up to ensure that you can get fit and stay fit.

Quality of Life

Many clients come to me not particularly wanting to build bulging biceps, lose 10-20kg, or push their body to the limit.

They simply want to feel better and move better.

This could mean coming back from an injury, being a first-time gym-goer, or wanting to regain some lost movement and ability so they can live independently without fear.

The process often doesn’t need to be anything too complicated or fancy - we simply need to go through the basics and have you learn them well so you can consistently exercise and eat well in a way that’s sustainable for you personally.
